HAPPY AND HEALTHY 2023
Like many of us, I find January the ideal time to reflect on the past year as well as what lies ahead as a new year unfolds. No doubt about it, 2022 was an extremely challenging year for me with an unexpected illness throwing a curve ball. Despite it, though, I managed to have a book published: Art World, Under World, which is out now in hardback, paperback and audio (details below), a tale that will take you on a roller-coaster world through the dark side of the art world. I also inspired a character in Peter James’ latest best-selling Roy Grace series: Picture You Dead, concerning an art forger that lives in Saltdean! Via Zoom I took part in several Podcasts: Psycho, Schizo, Expresso with Professor Kevin Dutton and Iron Maiden frontman and Polymath Bruce Dickenson; I Am One Of Your Own with Jason Allday, and The Wise Fool. I was also part of a new channel 4 programme: The Greatest Auction, due to be aired soon (details will be provided). Last, but by no means least, I am very thankful to Cloud Galleries Brighton, Chichester, Horsham and Worthing, Hatton House Art and Design Dunkeld Scotland, Forest Gallery Fine Art Petworth, Gallery 500ft Lynton Devon, CLK Lymm Manchester and Artfully Sorted (Online) for continuing to represent me and sell my works.
What does 2023 have in store? Firstly, I’m hoping for a full recovery from my illness, then there’s another book in the works! Oh, and of course, many more paintings!
