This original mixed media painting has been inspired by Jean-Michel Basquiat.  I feel I have captured the ethos of his work, using his colour palette and combination of oil crayon and paints.  Basquiat painted many levels of depth, changing images multitudes of times to create his artworks, as did I with this piece. I'm extremely proud of my homage to this fascinating artist.  Entitled 'Snakes Don't frighten Me' is Oil on Board 80cm x 95cm, framed in a white wood box frame.
